Poker has gone from a past time to a major sporting interest, peeps are going mad for it
not now a game played after few bevvies on a fri night now its big business
does anyone play?
myself im hopeless, if i get a good hand, i try not to show it in my face but i either grin like a cheshire cat and everyone throws in their hand or i get excited and make a big rise in my bet and again everyone throws in their hand
havent quite got it right somehow lol

hehe one of my loves gerrard4eva i play quite alot online i have won a bit and lost a bit admittedly lost more than i have won.
I have played twice at the local casino the 1st time i played i finished 7th the 2nd time i came nowhere.
Online i use william hill because you can use quickcash by that it means i can go into the bookies ask for the amount i want usually bout £15-£20 they then give me a receipt with a 19 digit number i type that number into my will hill account and hey presto i start playing.
It is not loads of money to play you can play a 10 seated tournament for as little as £1 and 20p goes to will hill so in total its £1.20 the winner takes £5 i have won loads of them.
You can play cash games for as little as $5 to sit at the table which is about £3 and to play a hand will cost 25c which is about 17p so i take it as a bit of fun which comes relatively cheap and can last hours you may even make a bit of money

a fellow fan - wicked
ive been in a few of those poker play offs, but i never seem to do so well, ive never tried on line but it sounds good
do you ever play the machines?, they arent bad a fiver can last ages - i once got a royal flush and the excitement near killed me lol - the credits seemed to clock up for ages fabulous stuff
we usually get together for a game at least once a month but one guy drives me nuts
he puts the cards all together and tries to squeeze out a winning hand, i try to ignore him but its near impossible lol
my top win is £40.00 there was a massive pot in the middle and i was sitting with 3 ducks and i pulled in two binmen (kings) the one i was up against had a flush and thought he was a cert you want to have seen his face when i put my full house down lovely jubbley lol
what your biggest win mate?

I enjoy watching it on the tv and i play occasionally with friends but as yet i havent went on line, im worried about getting out of my depth and spending too much, how do you watch what you spend Liverpaul? its quite simple cj i play tournaments that cost either £1.20 or £3.60 and in return you get 1000 chips so you can only use the chips till either you are out or win and spend no more money. On the cash tables i play the lowest cash tables possible which are blinds of 15c small 25c big and you only need $5 to sit at the table. On the cash tables please make note that i play in dollars as $5 is the equivalent of about £2-£3 but i usually sit at the table with $7 and always remember you DONT have to bet unless you are on the blinds then obviously they are mandatory. A bit of a tip for you if you are playing online i play wot is called poker golf or chip and run which is basically if you win a few hands and you have more than you started with leave the table and find another and sit at that table with a small amount that way you will always be up.

Yes m8 i just went to the william hill website downloaded the poker and opened an account then i go into a william hill bookmakers ask for x amount quickcash i then get a receipt with a 19 digit number type the number into my account wuth the amount its woth and away you go. If you have won a bit and you want to withdraw some again go to ur account click withdraw you then go to a page with a 19 digit number and type in the amount you want to withdraw you then either write down the number or print the page out take it to william hill they type the number in and ask you how much is it for that is your form of i.d coz only you will know how much it is if you lose it no one can take it coz they dont know how much its worth it dosesnt say on the page you print out they type in the amount and give you the dosh.
