Mark Webber ignites title charge with win in HungaryMark Webber stormed to victory at a thrilling Hungarian Grand Prix to take the lead in the drivers' championship from Lewis Hamilton, who had to retire.
What was expected to be a procession for Red Bull burst into life thanks to a safety-car period and drive-through penalty for pole-man Sebastian Vettel.
That enabled Webber to leap-frog his team-mate as well as Ferrari's Fernando Alonso, who held off Vettel for second
Ferrari's Felipe Massa took fourth, ahead of Renault's Vitaly Petrov and Williams' Nico Hulkenberg. Sauber's Pedro de la Rosa scored his first points of the season with seventh ahead of McLaren's Jenson Button.Drivers' world championship1 M Webber 161 2 L Hamilton 157 3 S Vettel 151 4 J Button 147 5 F Alonso 141 6 F Massa 97 7 N Rosberg 94 8 R Kubica 89 9 M Schumacher 38 10 A Sutil 35 .............................................................................................. SCHUY SORRYSchumacher edges Barrichello (Sutton Images)Michael Schumacher has said he is "sorry" if Rubens Barrichello felt he had been put in danger by his blocking manoeuvre at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver will be penalised 10 grid places at the next grand prix after he pushed his former team-mate within centimetres of a concrete wall.
Schumacher wrote on his website: "The manoeuvre against him was too hard.
"I didn't want to endanger him with my manoeuvre. If he had this feeling I am sorry, this was not my intention."
