not the best of starts for us. With Rafa leaving it was always gonna be a hectic summer. Roy done well to keep most of our players, brought in a few new ones. Top 4 is a must for us this season, but with all the changes, i am only hopeful

Im going to share your optimism CJ i think we have to aim for 4th, it'll take a bit of rebuilding but with the sale of Mascherano i think he is the last of the disruptive influences gone

Roy talks a lot of sense in the press, and seems to have brought in some decent players. Only time will tell how our season will peg out. I agree that a top four slot isn't beyond us with the squad we have.

Although I am a huge Rafa fan, I have to admit that Roy has been very good for us so far. A worry would be that if we don't achieve a top 4 place, he will quickly get ousted - considering what Rafa achieved, and he didn't get much lee way

My main worry now is the bank situation, with RBS basically calling us a toxic asset this isnt good for the club or fans and our wage bill is through the roof

i agree elroja the only good thing is that RBS might push the sale of the club through and that can only be better for all

the club debt is a major worry - Roy has no chance of success with all this going on behind the scenes

i think the sooner the bank take over properly and send the two cowboys packing the better, at least there would be some stability

there was a protest today after the Sunderland game you would think the yanks have got the message by now, but then look round the world and see how many countries they wont leave either

its a pity the fans, the old board and the city of Liverpool cant buy out the club. It would give control back to the people who really care about the club "maybe iam a dreamer, but iam not the only one"

Im starting to get a bit angry tbh, its just not good enough, the players need to look long and hard at themselves
